Services Offered
Eye Level Lens Photography provides a range of professional photography services, including family, newborn, maternity, wedding, and branding photography. The specific details of your photography session will be outlined in a separate contract between you and Eye Level Lens Photography.

Booking Process and Payment
To book a photography session, please submit an inquiry through our contact form. We will reach out to you to discuss your specific requirements and provide a customized quote. To secure your session date, a non-refundable retainer fee is required, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of your session.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your photography session, please provide us with at least 14 days' notice. Cancellations made within 14 days of your session date will result in the forfeiture of your retainer fee. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property Rights
All images and content on the Eye Level Lens Photography website are the property of Whitney Jackson and are protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our images or content without express written permission from Eye Level Lens Photography.

Limitation of Liability
Eye Level Lens Photography shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during your photography session. By booking a session with us, you agree to release Eye Level Lens Photography from any and all liability related to your participation in the session.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

Modifications to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
